Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Fit Nation (TFN), we strive to provide the best fitness and wellness services. Since our services are digital and personalized, please read our refund policy carefully.

1. No Refunds for Delivered Services: Once a personalized diet plan, workout chart, or fitness consultation has been delivered or initiated, we do not offer any refunds.

2. Coaching Sessions: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one coaching session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being counted as attended.

3. Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate payments for the same service, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after verification.
