The Fit Nation (TFN) offers personalized fitness coaching and wellness consultations. Since our services are delivered digitally, the following policy applies:
1. Digital Delivery: All workout plans, diet charts, and consultation links are delivered electronically via the registered Email or WhatsApp number provided during checkout. No physical goods will be shipped.
2. Delivery Timeline: Upon successful payment confirmation, the initial consultation link or digital plan will be shared within 24 to 48 hours.
3. Service Access: For ongoing coaching, access to our community or scheduled sessions will be activated as per the timeline discussed during the onboarding process.
4. Non-Receipt of Service: If you do not receive your digital plan or access link within 48 hours, please contact us at tfncorpw@gmail.com.
